Thank you to all of the homeroom representatives that planned and executed the class parties and all of our volunteers who showed up to help make everything run smoothly. We are so lucky to have all of you working hard to ensure that our kids have the best elementary school experience possible!

Brinker is working on becoming a more environment-conscious school this year. One of our goals is to be recognized as a Green School by the City of Plano. Brinker’s office manager, Denise Evans, is leading this important initiative along with our PTA. In January, we received new blue recycling bins for each classroom. Our Brinker students were so excited to see the bins and are doing a great job placing only those items that can be recycled in the blue bins. Below are some helpful guidelines for recycling at home. To learn more, come to our PTA Meeting on Wednesday, March 18th. A representative from the City of Plano’s Environmental Health department will be there to share even more tips and tricks to be green at home.
